Genetics
We keep a close eye on our bloodlines, as a result of this, our quality is second to none. We are producing top quality lambs because we pay to key factors in genetics from the top flocks around the world.This is key to our management program.
Management
With our North Country Cheviots we are focusing on Maternal traits and Terminal traits to cover everything our clients are looking for. Because we maintain more than one bloodline, we are the go to for many commercial producers.
Consistancy
Our North Country Cheviot seedstock must have the correct characteristics for our clients, and our ewe lambs and rams have consistency and uniformity. We select our lambs based on our top criteria to maintain our characteristics.
Genetic selection
We have years of experience in selecting our genetics from some of the finest flocks of North Country Cheviots, and we have recently introduced traditional Canadian genetics.
